01 User Eligibility

Won110 services may only be used by individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of this platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your location.

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. won110 does not permit use by underage individuals under any circumstances.
• You must register using your real identity. Registration using a false name, another person's information, or a fabricated identity is strictly prohibited.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gambling platforms is not prohibited under local law.
• Individuals who have been placed on a self-exclusion list or have been restricted by a regulatory body are not eligible to use the won110 platform.
• Won110 employees, their immediate family members, business partners, and any parties directly involved in the operation of this platform are not eligible to participate in any promotions or prize wagering.

02 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account at won110. Holding multiple accounts under the same user — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. won110 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal request is processed. Required documents may include a national ID, recent bank statement, or utility bill.
• Won110 reserves the right to decline the registration of any applicant without providing a reason.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or closure at won110's discretion.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal

• Sharing your account with other users, allowing others to use your account, or selling account access is a violation that may result in permanent account closure.
• Any attempt to conduct money laundering through the won110 platform will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
• Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of collusion, particularly in table games or poker involving other players.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Conduct that disrupts or endangers other users or the operation of the platform.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, won110 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. If the closure is at your own request or for reasons unrelated to a violation, any eligible balance will be returned after all checks are completed.

09 Liability Limits
